Corporate Broadcast Company, Inc. (“CBC”), the parent of Mensaje Media, LLC is a minority owned company.
n CBC is a privately held internet television network incubator, and entertainment aggregation, distribution and marketing company.
n CBC acts as a distributor of quality bilingual interstitial and long form television programming for telecast, DVD, VOD, Broadband, IPTV, and mobile rights to internet television networks, website portals, mobile devices as well as traditional broadcast television stations and networks.
CBC develops program ideas with producers and networks, and is actively seeking to represent television libraries for all platforms. In a strategic plan to cushion against the shifting media landscape, CBC sells national advertising, sponsorships, corporate integration and advanced media.
CBC aims to become the “go to” company for media outlets and brands which seek the best quality and opportunistic programming for delivering an engaging on-line experience with creative solutions that utilize new media and content distribution tools that drive results.

Previously, CEO of both an international management, marketing and public relations firm with offices in the U.S., Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia, as well as a venture capital and investment company assisting with international trade facilitation and cultural and technological exchange. Expertise in minority marketing and emerging technologies.

A 20-year veteran of the entertainment & media industries. Previously held the positions of Vice President, Operations and Finance at Sony Pictures Television International Latin America, Vice President Finance/Controller at Columbia TriStar International Television and Director of Finance at both Buena Vista Television/ Buena Vista Productions and the Walt Disney Company.

25 years of experience in financial planning, business development, budgeting, financial accounting, strategic acquisitions and controls for International, Fortune 500 businesses. Held numerous executive positions at Pepsi Cola LA/C and was the CFO, Southern Florida for IBM. Also served as Senior VP of Global Reengineering and GM for American Express’ Travel Service Network – New York and VP and CFO of American Express’ Travel Service Group International – Paris.

Charlotte Schiff-Jones
25 years of management in the entertainment and publishing industries with deep expertise in cable television, interactive telecommunications and publishing. Served as Strategic Advisor to the President & CEO of Time Warner Cable Programming for evaluating new ventures and networks, was EVP and Director at Manhattan Cable TV, Associate Publisher & GM of People Magazine, Creator and Producer of People television series, VP of CBS Cable, and owned a strategic marketing and programming company working with clients such as The Weather Channel Latin America, TV Land, MTV Networks, USA Networks, Comspan, Viacom, The Visa Group, RKO Pictures, Times Fiber, Playboy Enterprises and Time Warner. Awards and credits include the Broadcasting Promotion Gold Medal; Emmy Award; several Cable Ace Awards; and was cited in Business Week Magazine as “One of the 100 Top Corporate Women in America”.

Founder of Narrowstep, a TV over IP solutions and broadband TV distribution company. Previously held operational and P&L responsibilities in television and magazines including President of WBIS TV, VP & GM of FOX 5, Publisher of Newsweek, Publisher of New York Magazine, CEO of Cowles Business Media and EVP of Murdoch Magazines.

Federico Subervi-Velez PhD.
For more than twenty years, Dr. Federico Subervi-Velez, a Puerto Rico native, has been teaching, conducting research and publishing works on issues related to the mass media and ethnic groups. Now living in Austin, Texas, this media consultant and scholar is the director of the Latinos and Media Project (www.latinosandmedia.org) and board chair of Latinitas, Inc. http://www.latinitasmagazine.org/
Federico has held several academic positions throughout his long career including posts in the communications departments at University of California-Santa Barbara, the University of Texas at Austin, and Pace University in New York City. He has also been UNESCO professor at the Universidad Metodista de Sao Paulo and visiting professor at the Universidad Diego Portales in Santiago Chile and the University of Amsterdam.
Federico Subervi-Velez has pioneered the study of communication and diversity and devoted his time serving on editorial boards and acting as an advisor to help several non-profit organizations, public and private entities and Latin countries.
